  1. Eligibility and Access Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to gaming and betting services at Playground Poker Club & Casino is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum legal age requirement applicable in their province or territory of residence. In most Canadian provinces and territories, including Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan, the minimum age is 19 years. In Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, the minimum age is 18 years.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the services complies with the age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction. Playground Poker Club & Casino may request documentation to verify age at any time. Access may be denied or suspended where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Use of the services is subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial law. Where services are offered through regulated online channels, access may be restricted to individuals physically located within a specific province at the time of use, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant provincial regulator. The user is responsible for confirming that use of the services is lawful in their location.

2.3 Account Accuracy

When registering an account or providing personal information in connection with the services, the user is required to submit information that is true, current, accurate, and complete. Account details must be updated promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in suspension or termination of the account.

  1. Account Obligations

3.1 Single Account

Each individual may hold only one account with Playground Poker Club & Casino. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be closed without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and must not share login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through an account is the responsibility of the account holder. If unauthorised access is suspected, the account holder must notify Playground Poker Club & Casino immediately through the designated support channels.

3.3 Inactive and Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been accessed, used, or funded for a consecutive period of 36 months may be classified as inactive. Playground Poker Club & Casino will communicate with account holders prior to any change in account status. Applicable procedures for dormant accounts, including any effect on account balances, will be implemented and communicated in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3.4 Account Funds

The account balance will be displayed clearly and accurately. Accounts will not be permitted to carry a negative funds balance. Funds held in an account remain subject to the terms governing deposits, withdrawals, and any applicable regulatory requirements.

  1. User Conduct

By using the services, the user agrees to the following:

  • The services will not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

  • The user will not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct in connection with their account or any gaming activity.
  • Automated tools, scripts, or software will not be used to interact with the services in a manner not expressly authorised.
  • The user will not interfere with the integrity of any game, event, or wagering activity.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of any associated funds where permitted by law, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

  1. Monitoring and Data Collection

Playground Poker Club & Casino, and where applicable authorised regulatory bodies and independent integrity monitors, may monitor, record, and review wagering communications, account activity, and geolocation data. Such monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Geolocation services may be used to verify that the user is physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the services is lawful at the time of use. By using the services, the user consents to the collection and use of geolocation data for this purpose.

Playground Poker Club & Casino maintains responsible gaming tools and resources designed to support player wellbeing, including mechanisms for self-exclusion, deposit limits, and time-out periods, in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.

If a user believes that gaming activity is causing harm, or wishes to apply any responsible gaming measure to an account, such measures may be requested through support channels or, where available, directly through the account interface.
